For a large part of my life I was a film and video producer in New York and San Francisco. While the work was creative and engaging, I felt that something essential was missing. When I allowed myself to open to new paths, it became clear that what I was seeking was Energy Healing through Hypnotherapy and EFT.
I was attracted to Hypnotherapy initially through a personal event in which I was able to transform a negative belief to a positive action. It changed everything. Before, hypnotherapy had been merely a curiosity. Now, I learned that the subconscious is the most powerful source of what we believe, and how we behave.
My interest is helping people change limiting beliefs that are holding them back. In addition to Hypnotherapy, I use EFT, Reiki and Matrix Reimprinting. These techniques enable us to heal and reprogram the subconscious, to create lasting changes in our lives. I believe we each have the knowledge of the universe within us, and when we find the inner path to that knowledge, we can open up to great possibilities.
Energy healing can help you control anxiety, stress, weight, pain, phobias, trauma, pre-surgery fears, low self-esteem, smoking, and many other issues. In the process, we become co-healers so that change can happen also outside your sessions with me.
